Rent flat prices on the Anatolian Side

Variable rental fees are requested on the Anatolian Side of Istanbul, which has a lower population density.

Rents in Çekmeköy, a settlement on the city’s D-100 highway, vary from 11,500 TL to 19,500 TL. In Sultanbeyli, one of the poorest districts, rents vary from 9,500 TL to 15,250 TL. In Sancaktepe it goes between 10,000 and 16,500. Rents in Şile are between 11,000 TL and 18,500 TL.

If we go a little south, rental prices by the sea under D-100 range between 12,000 TL and 20,000 TL in Kartal, and between 11,000 TL and 18,000 TL in Pendik. Rental fees in Maltepe are between 13,000 TL and 22,000 TL. In Tuzla, rents are between 11,500 TL and 19,500 TL.

In Kadıköy, the most expensive district of the side, rents are between 15,500 TL and 26,500 TL. If we go a little north; Rents range from 13,500 TL to 22,500 TL in Üsküdar, 13,500 TL to 23,000 TL in Ataşehir, and 13,000 TL to 22,000 TL in Ümraniye. In Beykoz, rents are between 11,500 TL and 19,500 TL.

Rent flat prices on the European Side

The European Side has been the most attractive center of Istanbul since civilization. However, rental fees are not the same everywhere on this coast. While rent prices drop significantly in some regions, they reach enormous levels in some regions. While rental flat prices skyrocket in central areas or coastal districts, they decrease as you go to inland areas.

In Arnavutköy, one of the cheapest districts of Istanbul, the cheapest rent was 11,250 TL, while the highest rent was 20,500 TL. In Bağcılar, the cheapest rent is 12,500 TL, while the highest rent is 22,500 TL. In Başakşehir, which is developing as a new district, the cheapest rent is 13,500 TL and the highest rent is 22,000 TL. In Çatalca, at the far end of the city, the lowest rent is around 9,000 TL and the highest rent is around 14,500 TL. In Esenler, another of the poorest districts, the lowest rent was 9,750 TL and the highest rent was 19,250 TL. In Esenyurt, the lowest rent is 10,150 TL and the highest rent is 16,500 TL. The lowest rent demand in Güngören was 11,000 TL, and the highest rent demand was 20,000 TL. While the lowest rent in Kağıthane was 12,000 TL, the highest rent was 24,000 TL. In Silivri, the lowest rent was 9,000 TL and the highest rent was 16,000 TL. The lowest rent in Sultangazi was 11,500 TL and the highest rent was 17,250 TL.
